Hi, I’m Allison and I’m so glad you are here!

Next, we cultivate self-awareness with compassion, grace, and humor. By engaging in various tools and exercises, you'll become a student of your own life. You will uncover the unconscious behavior patterns running in the background of your life and driving your actions and hindering your growth. Through this process, you will gain a more empowering meaning for the beliefs that are no longer serving you. With this new understanding, you’ll be able to view your life with more clarity, enabling you to see the bigger picture and your path forward more clearly.

Finally, we begin intentionally crafting the life of our dreams, one decision at a time. Venturing off the beaten path may feel uncertain and uncomfortable, but with accountability and guidance, a clear route to our desired destination emerges. We will begin to listen to our body's signals and trust what it is trying to tell us. We will feel in alignment with what we want and the choices we make.

As your coach, I hold the flashlight on this new journey, providing support and accountability as you navigate towards your best life. Deciding to live on purpose takes courage. While I can't promise an easy journey, the breathtaking views from this new perspective are worth every effort."

"Are you ready to go on an adventure with me? It's my passion to guide individuals who feel unsatisfied with their current life towards a life they can be proud of full of joy and fulfillment.

First, we start by taking a very honest inventory about where you are in your life, assessing where you are and where you desire to be in various aspects of your life—whether it's health, career, relationships, social life, or family. I firmly believe that clarity, not lack of motivation, is what propels us forward. Just as we wouldn't set off on a family vacation without a destination, we must confront the truth of our current situation.

About Me

My greatest joy is my beautiful family. My husband and I have four almost all adult children and two spoiled little miniature schnauzers. Professionally, I have dedicated 15 years to the vocation of special education within public schools, complemented by another thirteen years nurturing our family as a stay-at-home mom.

Through these twenty-eight years of intimately engaging with children, adults, and navigating my own personal struggles with food, a profound realization emerged—the importance of self-awareness skills in determining one's sense of fulfillment, success, and ability to unlock their full potential. These vital skills include managing emotions, identifying triggers, recognizing self-sabotaging behaviors, nurturing healthy relationships, developing coping mechanisms, fostering self-trust, and unraveling unwanted behavioral patterns.

After wasting many years of my life on the roller coaster of restrictive eating, obsessing over my weight, bulimia, crazy food rules, deep feelings of shame and unworthiness, rejecting myself and my feelings, and many trial and error approaches to weight loss, I finally found a better way. Through a journey of self-discovery, therapy, reading books, meditation, diving deeper into my faith with prayer, I began to understand the deep connection between my hunger and how I was using food. I learned that I had very good reasons for my behaviors around food and things started to make sense for me. As I embraced this new understanding, the constant chatter about food and feelings of unworthiness began to lighten. In their place blossomed a newfound peace and confidence that was new for me. I uncovered the path to genuine food freedom—a journey not defined by diets or exercise regimens, but by a profound understanding and awareness of one’s body, resulting in true peace and freedom.

For those of you on a similar journey, I offer hope—a testament that there exists a gentler, more compassionate path forward. It is my mission to extend a guiding hand to individuals struggling with food-related struggles or feeling disconnected from their bodies, empowering them to listen to their body's wisdom, cultivate trust in their instincts, and nourish themselves in a way that honors their true needs and desires.

If you are on this roller coaster, I’m here to tell you there is a better way. And YES it does include weight loss AND a whole lot more!
