I am a Certified Health Coach from Health Coach Institute (HCI-CHD), Certified Life Coach from Health Coach Institute (HCI-CLC). I also have a Bachelors of Science Degree double major in Special Education and Regular Education with 15+ years of teaching in the public schools. In addition, through my own journey of disordered eating, anxiety and depression, have personally experienced what is it like to heal and and be on the other side of freedom and make peace with your body and to make permanent changes in your life.
