  • Coaching sessions are typically conducted either in person, over the phone, or via video conferencing platforms like Zoom. During each session, we'll explore your goals, identify obstacles, and develop actionable strategies to help you progress towards your desired outcomes.

  • I accept payment in the form of Cash, Venmo, or PayPal. Details will be provided once we begin our work together.

  • Coaching fees vary depending on the type of coaching services you choose (1:1 or group coaching or drop in). I'm happy to discuss what option best fits your needs and budget during your free consultation.

  • The frequency of coaching sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. Some clients prefer weekly sessions, while others may opt for bi-weekly or monthly meetings. Together, we'll determine a schedule that best supports your progress and fits into your lifestyle.

  • This is agreed upon ahead of time, but typically between 45-90 minutes.

  • A typical client comes to me seeking to improve their physical health, manage stress, enhance relationships, navigate life transitions, or achieve personal goals. Whether you're facing specific challenges or simply seeking to live a more fulfilling life, I'm here to support you on your journey.

  • Health and life coaching is done by a trained professional and focuses on empowering individuals to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented, helping clients create positive change in their lives.

    While coaches can work with therapy and counseling, they do not analyze, diagnose, prescribe treatment, or work to resolve past issues or traumas.

  • Yes! I am a big believer in the power of activities (homework) that my clients can do between sessions to move them towards their goals.

  • I am a Certified Health Coach from Health Coach Institute (HCI-CHD), Certified Life Coach from Health Coach Institute (HCI-CLC). I also have a Bachelors of Science Degree double major in Special Education and Regular Education with 15+ years of teaching in the public schools. In addition, through my own journey of disordered eating, anxiety and depression, have personally experienced what is it like to heal and and be on the other side of freedom and make peace with your body and to make permanent changes in your life.
